Recycling
Recycling is implemented in one extraordinary operating step by means of a cutter compactor/extruder process combination. This mechanical design provides better repeatability and minimizes non-recyclable waste. Material properties with dependable on time deliveries are our primary goal and our equipment has been specifically designed to meet and exceed those needs of our customers. Ravago’s unsurpassed machine capabilities provide for high output capacities and efficiencies in processing LDPE, HDPE and PP. Due to many of the unprocessed materials being made available for recycling, Ravago has integrated rare earth magnet and ferrous/non-ferrous equipment for both inbound and outbound segments of the process. Finally, with our highly trained and experienced Technical Staff along with our internal technical capabilities and resources, we can provide a wide variety of formulary and product recommendations and offerings to meet even the most demanding requirements even for industrial quality products.
Tolling
Ravago’s Toll Compounding Services allow resin producers and distributors to take advantage of Ravago company’s extensive engineering and manufacturing experience with custom thermoplastics to handle material production and logistics. With our great know-how and expertise in additives and polymers we have the ability to develop of a wide range of unique additive masterbatches, mainly oriented for the PE & PP industries and specialty compounds branded with our customers own label.
